Program Features
- Outsourced Enrollment:
We collect the key
demographic data (name, mailing address, email, birthday etc.) of
your customers through our online or phone activation process.
This means you won't need to spend valuable time collecting and
cleansing this data on your own. The process is completely
outsourced for your convenience and the data is re-certified on an
annual basis. Although customers will be able to accrue
points immediately, they won't be able to redeem them for rewards
until their card has been activated in our database.
- Data Verification & Export:
Our software
automatically checks the validity and integrity of email
addresses through a Double Opt In process and corrects home
addresses in accordance with US Postal regulations. With
our export capabilities, you can seamlessly download and send
your customer data to a third party vendor for direct marketing
purposes (e.g., postcard mailing).
- Turnkey Rewards Program:
Once your new or
existing PoS or bankcard terminal has been upgraded with our loyalty
software, just issue UCards to your customers. They can
begin using their card immediately when making purchases and accrue reward
points every time you swipe the card through your terminal.
You decide the "Show & Save" discounts (if
applicable) and rewards
thresholds based on frequency of visits or dollars spent.
Transaction points are calculated and automatically converted to dollars back on
the card. .
- Email Notification of Rewards
Your customers will automatically be notified by email when a
reward milestone has been achieved reminding them to return back
to your business and spend their reward.
- Email Marketing:
Once your membership list starts to build, keep your business in
front of your best customers with eye-popping newsletters, special offers and new product/service announcements.

we'll build your unique email campaign and create a schedule for

- Reporting & Analysis:
Through your password
protected account, view reports of your Top Customer List,
recent transactions, reward accruals, redemptions, and much
more. In addition, your customers will be able to log in
and check point balances online and be notified by email when a
reward milestone has been achieved.
- Access to the UCard Network:
We'll build and
service a webpage on our Savings Search Engine at no extra charge
for FREE, forever, for as long as your loyalty subscription
service is in effect. That provides valuable exposure
to potential new customers among our vast cardholder network that
searches our website regularly for participating merchants.
And because you'll be issuing actual co-branded UCards to your
customers, they'll be able to benefit from all the extra stores
and restaurants they can use the card and will remember your
business every time they save.
